4. What’s your favorite restaurant? Hmmm there are so many!! I love the Olive Garden and Moxie’s, because there are certain things on their menus I LOVE that I can’t get anywhere else. I like most of the chain restaurants (Earl’s, Joey Tomatoes, Keg) and I have a couple favourite little places like Mekong for Vietnamese and Curbside in Bridgeland for pizza and greasy stuff (that’s no longer there! Wah!) plus some Greek and Lebanese places.

5. Last time you swam in a pool? This past summer in the outdoor pool at my apartment building.

I am soooooooooo tired!!! I’ve spent most of my day in and out of bed. Since Wednesday I have pretty much been on the go non stop with the socializing. I already posted about Wednesday and Thursday nights (woo hoo!) and I got my Jim Bryson pictures developed so I’ll share a few:

Friday evening my friend Lisa and I went to pick Dana up from the bus depot after her 15 hour bus trip from Nelson, BC. Dana is in town for a few days before she heads back home to Ottawa. We met a couple other people for dinner at the Santa Fe Grill and finished off the night at the Rose & Crown pub:

Fun times. The NEXT day was supposed to be my day of rest, but Lisa and Dana decided to postpone their Banff trip until Sunday and wanted to hit up Purdy’s chocolate and the Olive Garden on Saturday instead. Not one to ever pass up Purdy’s or the Olive Garden, they picked me up first and with my wheelchair in tow we headed for Chinook Centre mall to wander around, get my film developed, and buy chocolate. Afterwards we went to the Olive Garden for bellinis and a great dinner with Russ and his friend Alan. After that it was back to Russ’ place to hang for the night, drink a couple beer, and be impressed by card tricks, mind reading games, Jason’s legs, (or was that just me? ) and riddles.

Four late nights in a row and I am now EXHAUSTED. My body doesn’t like that too much. I’d like to say it’s going to get some well-deserved rest over the next week, but I’m going to be very busy with work and stuff… I’ll try my best to be in bed early and not overdo it. I have that dinner on Thursday, but aside from that, not a lot happening socially, and I’m going to keep it that way.

Now I just found out that the Orange Record Label has uploaded all of their videos into the “goodies” section of their website, so I know what I’m doing the rest of the night… “Beautifully Undone”, here I come!!!

Well I’m addicted to finding out what celebrities I look like, so I submitted yet another picture (me and the beautiful miss Melissa McClelland:

and was told I am a combination of Sandra Bullock (again!), Tori Spelling, and Sarah Jessica Parker.

Now, with the same picture, I said I was a man… and it came back with Scott Baio, Dustin Hoffman, and Hugh Duncy.

So male or female, I’m not doing too badly. That’s my ego boost for the day!! Hee!

I personally think I look better in the picture with Billy, but I am obviously much hotter next to Lindy. Computers never lie. Hee!

The Friday Five discontinued a couple months or so ago, much to the chagrin of so many bloggers. I recently discovered a new one has appeared, the Friday Foofah! It’s been around since mid-May, but I’m not going into the archives… I’ll just just pull out one from a couple weeks ago and then go on from there (if I remember… she hasn’t set up the notify list yet!)

1. Are you viewing this on a computer running MacOS or Windows (or something else)?
Windows XP

2. If money wasn’t an issue, what computer would you have on your desk?
I haven’t even thought that big. It would involve a nice big LCD monitor, but the rest I would leave up to Russ. I’d say, “here, money is no object and I want the bestest, fastest computer ever” and let ‘em go at it. He would have waaaaaaaaay too much fun.

3. When did you first get on the Internet?
Spring of 1997… I think my first Yahoo search was “single men” ha ha ha ha and I was damn surprised at how many sites came up!!

4. What’s the #1 use you put your computer to?
Work and e-mail! I spend a lot of time here reading journals and message forums and chatting and generally slacking off, but more so I AM productive.
