Tonight was a beautiful evening to be sitting out on my patio. My patio with the giant CRACK up the middle that building maintenance is supposed to be replacing any day now. Two weeks ago they put a note under my door to remove everything from my patio because they would be replacing it… that has yet to happen and here it is the weekend again. ..

Anyway, as I was saying, lovely evening to sit outside. So I once again pulled my patio chair and table back out there to catch a few rays before the sun went down. It was so uncomfortable… I used to have a little plastic table that I would prop my legs up on, but it broke over the winter (frozen plastic snaps fairly easily, ya know) so I replaced it with another similar table this year. The problem is, this one has a little tiny lip along the edges, and when I prop my legs up, it digs into my calves. OUCH. I need a new comfy chair with a way to prop up my legs… something like this would be perfect!! A place to hold my bottle of beer water and everything.

Later tonight I watched “Sweet Home Alabama”. I’ll give a shout out to Mandy for lending me a whole stack of DVDs! :D It was a cute movie; predictable, but enjoyable (except for that soooooong that I haaaaate!). I like Reese Witherspoon’s hair and have convinced myself that mine could be like that.

What Pisses Me Off Today: The Dairy Queen in my mall has a big sign advertising the MooLatte coffee drinks and they don’t even sell them.

Consumer Warning: Schick Intuition? Not a close shave. I love the concept and the fact that a gimp like me can now shave without suffering cuts and nicks, so I keep using it… but I just have to choose: no nicks, or no stubble? Not that anyone is lining up to stroke my calf, but we need to be prepared for these things. Especially in the summer.
